What is your return policy?

Do you accept exchanges?
 Exchanges subject to availability. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Karma Boutique E-Gift Card ONLY. We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.

What does free shipping mean?

 FREE SHIPPING MEANS EXACTLY WHAT IS SAYS! We offer free domestic shipping on all our items listed on our website!

 

 

 

 

How long after I place an order will it ship?

 Please allow all orders 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. After your order has been shipped it normally takes 2-5 business days to reach you. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive a shipping notification for the tracking to update. Due to the post office being backed up and short staffed, we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time.

 

My order was lost in transit or was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it, what do I do?

 Please allow 48 hours after you receive your tracking information for it to update. This has been a problem since the post office has been backed up lately. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered, please email us at shopkarmaboutiquewayx@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

 

What if an item that I want is out of stock?

 Each product page has a place to sign up for a restock notification (email or text message), be sure to sign up for these so that we know what needs to be restocked!

 

Do you give refunds?

 Karma Boutique only issues store credit.

 

How Do I Use a Promotional Code?

 Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order. We CANNOT go back after an order is placed and apply the discount.

 

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at 400 Mary Street Waycross, GA 31501
  • Please pickup your items within 3 business days, if items have not been picked up, and other arrangements have not been made after 3 business days you will be invoiced for shipping and your items will be shipped once the invoice is paid.

 

 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact shopkarmaboutiquewayx@gmail.com within 2 business DAYS after delivery.  You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

 

Returning a Gift

  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Karma Boutique E-Gift Card.
