Return Policy

I hope that you enjoy all of your items from Karma Boutique! However, I understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and in store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business. Online orders must be returned within 7 business days of delivery. In store purchases must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

 

Email shopkarmaboutiquewayx@gmail.com - please contact us before shipping your item back. The shipping cost is subject to be deducted from your overall store credit.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

 

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. 

 

Any item labeled *FINAL SALE* IS INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR CANCELLATION. 

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit.

Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, leggings, etc, will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper and/or plastic of some kind to protect the item before placing in a polymailer/box.

If you receive a damaged item – it must be returned within 2 days of delivery. Please email us at "shopkarmaboutiquewayx@gmail.com" with photos of the damages, the name you placed the order under, and your contact information. We will issue full store credit for these items and send you a return label.
